The Crossroads Chronicle:
Local newspaper for the Cashiers/Highlands plateau area.  This includes
advertising in the paper as well as on their website which is becoming
more and more popular. Weekly

Local newspaper serving the Northern Jackson County area.  Only
advertising in print. Monthly

Local magazine that is distributed free at local businesses.  10,000
copies distributed monthly.

Local magazine that is distributed throughout the area monthly.

Local magazine distributed throughout the Jackson County area.

Highlands/Cashiers MLS:
Gives about 250 Realtors access to property info.

Northern Jackson County MLS:
Gives about 300 additional Realtors access to property info.

Virtual Tour/Audio Tour:
We make different types of tours depending on each property.

Exit Realty GC Website:
Post all listings into our company website.  Gives potential
buyers/sellers access to info on property from any location.

Exclusive Development Signs:
We have signs that are posted on Hwy 107 North that only advertise the
Waterdance/River Rock properties for sale.

Great office location:
.5 miles from Tuckasegee- River Rock Entrance
Perfect for walk-ins/potential River Rock buyers

We are also going to be advertising in the Atlanta newspaper for our River
Rock/Waterdance properties later this summer.

We also send info of each property to as many local Realtors as possible.
